Shipping policy

HAA & CO LLC is based in Florida, USA. and we currently ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping time and rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 7-20 business days depending on your location, the shipping method used, and customs processing for international destinations. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Delivery issues, lost, or damaged packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you believe it was misdelivered, contact us at info@haaandco.org as soon as possible with your order number so we can investigate and make it right.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect packages once they have shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at info@haaandco.org and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
